Role Overview:

We are expanding and seeking an experienced professional to oversee comprehensive operations, including warehousing, logistics, supply chain, billing, chargebacks, and extensive ERP and WMS systems knowledge. The role involves managing Amazon Vendor Central (VC) and Seller Central (SC) operations, overseeing multiple marketplaces and in-house and third-party warehouses on both the East and West coasts. You will report and work side by side with the Director of Operations, playing a pivotal role in our growth journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaison between Teams:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and communication bridge between Americanflat Operations and Taylored Warehouse teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient operations.


2. Warehouse Operations:

    • Oversee day-to-day shipping, receiving, and returns activities at the third-party warehouse.
    • Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize warehouse operations.

    Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
    3. East Coast Warehouse Management:

      • Assume responsibility for all third-party warehouses on the East Coast.

      Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure process consistency and company standards adherence.
      4. POD Provider Visits:

        • Regularly visit Print on Demand (POD) providers to assess performance and address issues.

        Work closely with POD providers to enhance delivery tracking and reporting capabilities.
        5. Quality Assurance:

          • Implement and uphold quality assurance standards in all warehouse processes.
          • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to warehouse operations promptly.

          Requirements :

          • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
          •  Minimum of 5 years of hands-on leadership experience working for a company that sells on Amazon USA and other marketplaces.
          • Prior experience in Amazon Vendor Central (VC) and Seller Central (SC), as well as proficiency in other marketplace operations, is essential.
          • Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
          • Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
          • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and related software.
          • Ability to execute high-level strategies independently in a fast-paced environment
          •  Willingness to travel for onsite visits and meetings.
