Job Description:
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales with assigned accounts, overseeing all aspects of the digital experience for the SENIX brand. The ideal candidate will build and maintain excellent customer relationships and help deliver a best-in-class digital experience by developing and optimizing content, search engine optimization (SEO), and ad campaigns to drive growth. The Ecommerce Manager will work cross-functionally with larger marketing and operations teams to support the overall growth of the SENIX brand and ensure its profitability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage online activity for SENIX branded products for assigned customer websites including content upload, product page development, customer engagement, promotional activity, etc.
- Support and implement e-commerce strategy to improve sales and profitability.
- Develop strong customer relationships collaborating regularly to ensure alignment with our mutual goals and strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to improve search engine rankings and user experience by developing and optimizing content and design, conducting key word research, and implementing SEO strategies.
- Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaign strategies across assigned customers to increase traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze customer and campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations on how the business can improve and achieve its goals.
- Reports to Director of Ecommerce.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in E-commerce management. Experience with retailers such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, or Home Depot and others is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA a plus.
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate.
- Must have knowledge in marketplace models (1P, 2P, and 3P) to ensure the company's strategy remains effective and efficient, and growth goals are achieved
- Confidence developing and overseeing retail and e-commerce-focused sales and marketing strategies. Must be able to show a successful track record in sales growth.
- Excellent understanding of customer flow and web analysis.
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
- Preferred: Understanding and experience in Helium10 (or equivalent), Google Analytics,
- Organized and detail oriented with a self-starter attitude with a passion for winning.
- Strong verbal, written communication, project, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and internationally.

Work Environment:
This position requires an employee to work in a variety of locations including, but not limited to corporate office, home office, job sites, retailers, and distributor locations. Not all these environments are not controlled by YAT. The position is a Hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day of remote/home office work allowed after your first 60 days.
