E-Commerce Manager

Job Description: As Pureflow E-Commerce Manager your primary objective is the management, growth, and operation of the ecommerce web site structure, inventory, market strategy, and site content as it relates to the Pureflow’s UV business and product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop opportunities and grow the market share through expendables/equipment/parts/services
  1. Develop new sales and aftermarket business for the UV Line
  2. Monitor market opportunities; track and monitor sales efforts
  3. Assist in database development
  4. Utilize Dynamics and other software (Microsoft suite) to enter and report activity

• Manage the complete sales order cycle from receipt of purchase order to confirmation of delivery to customer
• Assist in the development of Pureflow’s pricing model
• Perform quarterly inventory counts and reconciliations for the UV product line
• Recommendation, enhancement, and leverage of Pureflow’s CRM and ERP systems as they relate to UV for maintenance, retrieval, and transmission of data
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UV suppliers and UV customers and providing customer support as necessary
• Assist with off-site customer seminars/training and trade shows, as requested

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the management of a digital marketing platform and understanding of digital marketing channels including Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, and social media marketing
• Experience in managing a digital marketing / sales presence. Shopify experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics of eCommerce platforms. Skills in google Analytics or other eCommerce analytics platforms is required.
• Experience in the development and execution of effective eCommerce strategies aligned with organizational goals, and the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to challenges as they arise
• Knowledge of eCommerce laws, data protection regulations (such as GDPR), and other legal requirements to ensure the business operates ethically and avoids potential legal issues
• Understanding key financial metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and profit margins, and the ability to budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize profitability
• Travel as necessary and needed but travel is expected to be nominal, i.e. training, trade shows, PFI seminars, etc.

• Full time
• In person
• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
