E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

An established furniture manufacturer is currently looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist. This position will provide exceptional service to our customers as well as manage our Ecommerce accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Individual account portal management
• Account email correspondence.
• Order Processing
• Manage phone inquiries
• Create BOL’s
• Ensure shipping guidelines are met or exceeded
• ·Understand customer online needs and utilize this information to service needs more effectively
• Establish customer relationships
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must
• Complete knowledge with MS Office is a must with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Microsoft Great Plains knowledge is a plus
• 1 to 3 years of E-commerce and Customer Service experience
• Requires strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Requires an analytical and strategic mindset.
• Must be able to quickly learn and navigate through different computer software programs.
• Must be able to initiate and return written correspondence to customers via email
• Must have ability to communicate on a professional level
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing is preferred
