E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented and experienced Website and E-commerce Customer Service Representative to support our three websites - Standardplumbing.com, Sprinkler.com, and Buyplumbing.net. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient operations.

Standard Plumbing is among the largest family owned and operated Plumbing, Heating, Sprinkler, and Hardware wholesalers in the Western United States. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve site performance.
• Oversee the BOPIS process, including managing order fulfillment, coordinating with retail store teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the IT team to maintain website functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our websites are innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
