Requirements:

• You bring at least 2 year of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume Call Center setting.
• Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to handle complex and sensitive calls with poise and professionalism.
• Meticulous attention to detail is your middle name, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your tasks.
• You're a Microsoft Office Suite whiz, effortlessly navigating through various applications.
• Multitasking and prioritization are second nature to you, enabling you to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
