The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front office and Call Center duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
The candidate will Excel in welcoming patients, scheduling appointments and managing administrative tasks. Also the candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and prioritize patient satisfaction. Experience in electronic health records and insurance verification is expected.
Experience with handling a large volume of phone calls is needed. They include making appointments and taking messages for the doctors.

Requirements:
- Two years of experience in a Medical front desk setting and/ or Call Center .
- Experience with E-Clinical is helpful.
- Salary is based on experience.
