Santikos is looking for Call Center Specialists to provide our guests with exceptional service at one of our San Antonio locations.
What would I be doing in this position?
- Serve as ambassador for Santikos Entertainment with every phone conversation.
- Handle large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow Call Center scripts when handling different issues.
- Identify guests needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Follow company procedures for the most complex situations.
- Take advantage of opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage guests by going above and beyond their expectations.
- Keep records of all conversations in our Call Center database in a comprehensive manner.
- Frequently attend educational development sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative targets.
What education or experience do I need to have to qualify?
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer support role
What skills, abilities, and knowledge do I need to be successful in this position?
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to smile over the phone or internet
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and late nights
Bilingual Spanish preferred
