Some Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for consumers, visitors, and staff, ensuring timely access to clinical services.
- Conduct observed sample collections with sensitivity and adherence to agency procedures.
- Handle enrollment processes efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with check-ins, fee collection, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
- Keep supervisors informed and follow through on assigned tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Position Qualifications or Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of related experience. Peer Recovery Support Specialist credentials preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills required.
- Must be able to perform various physical tasks and have excellent mobility.
- CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications required or obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Adhere to all laws, professional standards, and ethical codes relevant to the role.
