Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Drug Rebate Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Drug Rebate system. This position demands a detail-oriented individual with a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Drug Rebate Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling and designating rebate payments at the National Drug Code level, engaging in client and drug manufacturer interactions, tracking correspondence, and maintaining meticulous daily status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation and Designation: Responsible for accurately reconciling and designating rebate payments in the Drug Rebate system at the National Drug Code level, ensuring precision and compliance.
• Client and Manufacturer Interaction: Conduct research and respond promptly to client and drug manufacturer inquiries, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Correspondence Management: Track and organize incoming manufacturers' correspondence, maintaining a systematic approach to information flow.
• Invoicing and Late Payment Notices: Manage the mailing of invoices and late payment notice letters, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Reporting: Complete daily status reporting, providing insights into the progress of rebate processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Confidential Data Handling: Adhere to company policies and guidelines in handling confidential data, ensuring the utmost security and integrity of sensitive information.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic Accounting: Strong foundation in basic accounting principles, with the ability to apply them accurately in the context of Drug Rebate processes.
• Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient and accurate data management.
• Detail-Oriented: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data reconciliation and financial transactions.
• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with clients, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
