Dot Compliance Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Compliance, we are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team!

REPORTS TO: Director of Compliance

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Have a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSR, CSA, TWIC, IAC, TSA, OSHA, & Workers Compensation

· Basic Human Resources Knowledge

· 1 Years’ Experience

· Strong communication skills

· Process driven and serves as Jetco’s subject matter expert to employee handbook and manuals

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with audits processes and procedures and ensures they are followed

· Assists with audits and inspections of all DOT compliance files

· Assists with managing all DOT Drug & Alcohol Regulations

· Maintains complete and accurate personnel and DOT records

· Assists communicating updates regarding safety compliance

· Audit compliance equipment dates as needed

· Monitors DOT, FMCSA, CSA, TWIC, IAC, TSA, and OSHA

· Responsible for all DQ files and maintaining accurate and timely records

· Works directly in the orientation room with new hires to complete necessary onboarding paperwork

· Works in partnership with vendors on vehicle registrations, renewals, and taxes

· Maintains a team-building attitude and works with all departments in the company

· Acts as backup to the compliance director

· Completes all on-boarding and termination checklists for office, shop and driver personnel, as well as for independent contractors

· Assist Director of Compliance with the FMCSR drug program, including with random drug screen administration

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

· Must be able to use hands to control and handle objects.

· Must have the ability to lift or move objects around 25 lbs.

· Must be able to hear, speak, see, and talk clearly.
