We are seeking:
U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our exciting outpatient healthcare company as Compliance Coordinator. This position will be responsible for Medicare credentialing and supporting the Compliance department and reporting to the National Director of Compliance. This position is based at our corporate location on the West side of Houston.

Job Responsibilities:
- Submit Medicare/Medicaid applications in accordance with timeliness standards and conduct follow-up as required
- Maintain information reported to department contracts
- Provide assistance with the preparation and distribution of new and updated compliance standards, policies, and procedures
- Assist in managing various projects toward meeting regulatory and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the overall team effort by working with all members and all levels of personnel in various locations throughout the company
- Perform other duties in support of the compliance department as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience with Medicare applications and/or healthcare credentialing
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Detail oriented and strong work ethic
- Microsoft Office (WORD and Excel) skills
