We seek a Fusion Sales Athlete that will be a solid contributor and leader in our Direct Sales group. Our Fusion Sales Athletes report to the Fusion District Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professionally canvas neighborhoods Door to Door to pitch and sell the various Sunrun solar product offerings

• Assist homes and families with saving money through our residence focused sales practice

• Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution

• Set appointments for Sales Experts to answer any outstanding customer questions

• Work with sales experts to ensure customer accounts flow through the install process

• Strategically network and expand your customer base

• Confidently provide focused customer service

• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)

• Prior Door to Door Sales experience or commission/retail sales experience

• Outstanding customer service experience

• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns

• Ability to work independently and determine personal work schedule to be productive

• Desire to help homes and families save money and live healthier, greener lives
