Sale Associate/Customer Service

Arrow Doors is a growing door company focused on delivering a high level of service. Because of an overwhelmingly successful growth in our business, we are looking for several outgoing and energetic

individuals to start training immediately.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

§ Engage with customers to understand their interior / exterior door needs and preferences.

§ Provide information and advice on various door styles, materials, and finishes.

§ Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their requirements.

Product Knowledge:

§ We will train you on in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of different door products, latest trends, materials, and technologies in the door industry.

Maintain Showroom Appearance:

§ Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and organized for a positive customer experience.

§ Arrange displays to showcase a variety of interior door styles and options.

Quoting and Pricing:

§ Provide accurate and competitive price quotes to customers.

§ Negotiate prices and terms to close sales while ensuring profitability for the business.

Order Processing and Follow-up:

§ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

§ Follow up with customers to provide order status updates and address any concerns.

Relationship Building:

§ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

§ Network within the community to generate leads and expand the customer base.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ENGLISH REQUIRED

§ Ability to explain technical details in a clear and understandable manner.

Sales Skills:

§ Strong negotiation and closing skills.

§ Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Customer-Focused:

§ Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

§ Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or home improvement industry.Knowledge of interior doors and related products is beneficial. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.47 - $24.66 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
