- Oversee and manage the branch operations, including compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with compliance and licensing requirements, for both loan originators and branch.
- Manage both external and internal resources that support the business.
- Define, develop, and manage the end-to-end office processes and systems.
- Provide verbal and written communications to vendors.
- Assist employees and management with new hire onboarding, payroll, time off requests and terminations.
- Coordinate with corporate and external vendors to set up IT workstations, phones, and any outside repairs needed.
- Manage, order, and monitor all office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain recruiting levels and meet and/or exceed expectations.
- Establish and manage target accounts to meet operational goals and growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain recruiting relationships to ensure retention.
- Provide the highest quality service possible to all customers internally and externally.
- Audit current procedures to monitor efficiency of the office.
- Adhere to operating budget guidelines regarding all revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Attend all branch/team meetings.
- Essential experience within Financial Services, preferable in the Mortgage industry.
- Minimum 7-10 years’ recent experience in an administrative or office management capacity in the mortgage industry, highly preferred.
- Professional 'can do' attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic Marketing and Lead management knowledge.
- Basic HR knowledge (Screening resumes, setting up interviews, assist in onboarding).
- Basic accounting and mathematical skills.
- Understanding of office equipment (copiers / faxes / etc.).
- Basic IT skills competencies (setting up workstations for new employees, i.e. phones, computer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- $150,000-250,000 annual salary, base + bonus.
The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
