Day-of tasks:
- Send reminder to candidates
- Set up AV 15 mins before kickoff
- Monitor AV throughout session
- Send thank you + survey
- Coaching Circles (URM + Women)
- Set up manager trainings
- Set up 1:1s for Hannah + each leader
- Pull together all circle summaries from each leader
- Pull together list of all participants
- Work with each leader to identify times / dates for 6 sessions
- Set up monthly syncs with leaders
- Schedule program retrospective
- Connect Up
- Set up pod team meetings + take notes
- Set up trainings for leaders
- Track program progress
- Set up check-ins with leaders
- Set up program retrospective
- Focus Groups
- Set up pod team meetings + take notes
- Schedule + book rooms across all offices for Focus Group sessions
- Set up follow-up meeting with pod team
- Send thank you notes + gift cards to each participant

- Set up + take notes in strategy meeting with L+D partners
- Work with L+D team to set up intact sessions (as needed)
- Work with people data team to pull data (as needed)
- Set up Sustainably Offsite for team to beta test (or new Inclusion offsite for managers)
- Strong communication skills with ability to parse what context to share with a given audience
