District Manager

Position Overview:

As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of multiple locations within your assigned district. You will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding our brand standards across all locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the QSR industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple dining locations within the assigned district.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all restaurants.
• Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies and initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of restaurant performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, human resources, and finance, to achieve overall business objectives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in the QSR / Fast Casual industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned district.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
