Our Nashville Location is currently looking to add 2-‐3 individuals to our sales team of restoration & roofing project managers.
Why work for Trinity? We opened our doors on the first week of April, 2019. Since then, our company has gone from 3 million in revenue our first year (2019), to 14 million in 2020, 16 million in 2021, 19 million in 2022 and 21 Million in 2023. In 2022 we opened our second location in Nashville Tennessee, and that branch is experiencing the same rapid growth we experienced 5 years ago. This accelerated growth has made us one of the area's fastest growing companies.
We need 2-3 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their roofing and restoration projects. We are also looking for exceptional people, with leadership traits, and the desire to be the best at their craft. We need these people to help us with expansion over the coming years as Trinity plans top open several more offices in FL and Tenn. If you are willing to work hard and earn your way, the sky is the limit within our organization.
No experience? No problem. Trinity Restoration & Roofing delivers the best restoration sales training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient project managers in 2 weeks. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.
