A great work attitude, even in volume or late night.
Ability to lead, manage, and inspire staff to achieve greatness
A personality that helps an intoxicated person understand that you aren't mad at them, just disappointed
Attention to detail and standards in hospitality
Additionally you should have experience in the bar industry, experience in management, and above average communication skills.
