IF YOU DECIDE TO APPLY...
We will be asking you to take our Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through Predictive Index, you will be automatically prompted to take the Assessment as part of the online application process.
This is a 2-part Assessment, the first part is a Behavioral Assessment and takes about 3 minutes. The second Assessment is a Cognitive Assessment that takes 12 minutes. Don't be nervous, this isn't a test, there is no "pass" or "fail"! It's simply an Assessment that will help us ensure we consider you for a position best suited for you. It will also be used to help us ensure you are most effectively trained and developed so that you thrive and grow should you join EōS.

Position Description
EōS Fitness is in search of a District Fitness Manager. We're looking for someone with prior management and personal training experience overseeing multiple locations, genuine customer service skills, proven sales experience, and a passion for culture and team mentorship. Reporting to our Regional VP of Fitness the District Fitness Manager will be responsible for ensuring the department offers practical solutions to engage the many, not the few, delivered through inspiring fitness professionals. All while supporting the overall success of the clubs in their designated Area in their entirety including the club's Personal Training, Group Training, financial success, employee experience, and member satisfaction.

Essential Purpose: Support the overall success of the clubs in their designated Area in their entirety including the club's Personal Training, Group Training, financial success, employee experience, and member satisfaction.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience overseeing multiple locations.
- Someone who has worked in the fitness industry previously and has an interest in fitness.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
