Position Available: Distribution Center Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
The DC CSR responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling all inbound telephone calls, and directing them to the proper channels, serving customers, vendors, and visitors arriving to the facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors: badge all visitors and escort as needed.
- Welcome truck drivers via phone/face to face and coordinate with Inbound/Outbound Dock to determine location off drop off or pick up.
- Answer phone calls and emails directing customers to proper channels.
- Coordinate drop off and pick up by UPS, FEDEX, etc.
- Establishes and monitors procedures for record keeping. Ensures security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Update tracking spreadsheets inbound and outbound.
- Coordinate and oversee fulfillment/kitting projects.
- Issue and confirm transfer orders.
- Work with Distribution Center team to coordinate the shipping of on hand product as well as receiving new product (NetSuite)
- Act as backup for Office Manager and vice versa
- Must remain up to date on all accounts and procedures as well as communicating changes among accounts.
- Recognizes issues with current process and suggests solutions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent.
· 1- 3 years warehouse administrative experience required.
· Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
· ERP experience with a preference for NetSuite
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
· Customer service oriented and maintains a positive and friendly attitude.
· High attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
· Excellent organization skills
· Reliable, punctual and a team player
· Assist in warehouse as needed to unload containers/palletize/wrap, count product.
· Bi-Lingual
Work Environment: Warehouse Environment – working with and around a variety of equipment, parts, and inventory
Physical Demands:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting
· Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work
· Must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 20 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment.
