Join our team as a Sales and Distribution Center Director based out of our Marion, South Carolina, Manufacturing and Distribution Center, where you can be part of our mission to make a positive impact on people's lives through quality products and services. We're seeking a strategic planner to drive day-to-day success of the business operation, leading and providing direction to all functional departments for the branch location (sales, customer service, accounts receivable, warranty, operations/logistics)..

Key Responsibilities of a Sales and Distribution Center Director include:

• Sales and Revenue Goals: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed Sales and revenue goals.
• Channel Management: Identify opportunities, develop, and manage channel partners for business development as directed by the CSO and National Product Manager.
• Team Building and Leadership: Build, lead and manage a team of Sales and Customer Service representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets and performance metrics. Direct Customer Service and Logistics to ensure timely communication with our dealers.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Operations Department to manage inventory levels in line with sales forecast demand. Manage security and condition of all inventories under your responsibility.
• Customer Relations: Manage key customer relationships and participate in developing and actioning strategic opportunities.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the approved annual Sales and cost budget.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence to requirements with the inclusion of Environment, Health, and Safety.
• Training: Train and develop new and existing staff to show continuous improvement.
• Reporting: Generate accurate and timely sales performance reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications (We would like our talented Sales and Distribution Center Director to have at least these minimum skills & experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Five (5) plus years of experience in related job duties.
• Two (2) plus years of leadership / management experience
• Strong management and sales skills.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments within the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
