About NCP Coatings: NCP Coatings, a leader in the development and production of high-quality industrial coatings, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Distribution Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: As a Distribution Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network and increasing sales revenues. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new distribution opportunities, manage and support existing distributors, and implement strategies to grow our market share in the industrial coatings sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase distribution of NCP industrial coatings.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential new distributors.
- Provide ongoing support and training to current distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that target distributors.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote NCP products.
- Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the technical team to stay informed about new product developments and updates.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent years of industry or distribution experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial coatings or related industry.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and experience in managing distributor relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel 50-60%, as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
