Required Qualifications:

- Two years in related experience (customer service, billing, project management advertising marketing etc. or something equivalent)

- Experience in google drive and HouseCallPro (not required - can be taught)
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls from potential clients who need HVAC help, scheduling that call and assigning a technician to that call
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the dispatch department
- Coordinate and schedule HVAC Technicians, including assigning technicians to service calls
- Monitor and track technicians to ensure on-time appointments for clients
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to address any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of invoices
- Upkeep of office area
- Creating and posting content for Affordable Air Repair with help of owners (will also be sent to training courses for social media and marketing)

Physical demands and work environment:
