Dispatch/Office Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to Multitask
• Highschool or GED diploma
• Organized
• Two years in related experience (customer service, billing, project management advertising marketing etc. or something equivalent)

Desired Qualifications:

• Geographical knowledge of service area
• Dispatching experience
• Experience in google drive and HouseCallPro (not required - can be taught)

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls from potential clients who need HVAC help, scheduling that call and assigning a technician to that call
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the dispatch department
• Coordinate and schedule HVAC Technicians, including assigning technicians to service calls
• Monitor and track technicians to ensure on-time appointments for clients
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of invoices
• Upkeep of office area
• Creating and posting content for Affordable Air Repair with help of owners (will also be sent to training courses for social media and marketing)

Physical demands and work environment:

• Normal office environment, with normal temperature and exposure to lighting
• Use up to all 5 senses, included up close and distant vision
• Ability to work in a sitting position in front of a computer screen up to 8 hours per day
• Talking on the telephone for extended periods of time
• Typing for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
