Hours are 7-4.
There will be many duties that will need to be done each day. Some examples are:
- Answering the phones and scheduling their jobs.
- Each week when the delivery truck arrives, you will be required to schedule the installs.
- Restock orders will need to be placed each week or every other week.
- Every day, invoices will need to be entered into the access program, so we can always pull up each job we did at each customer’s house. After entered in the program, they will need to be filed.
- Eventually, you will be responsible for billing the customer’s and bigger companies we work for.
- Also, when a salesperson goes out and sells doors, they will bring the invoice to you in order to place the door order with either CHI, Amarr, or Clopay, unless otherwise stated.
- TDI inspection set up will be a responsibility for certain jobs.
- Sales folders will need to be put together monthly so salespeople have everything they offer from CHI available to present to the customers.
- Keeping up with jobs will be a major responsibility. If a job is only half completed, you will need to reschedule the second half to be completed or order the parts associated to finish the job before calling to reschedule.
- Each morning, the carpet will need to be vacuumed and the hardwood floors swept. Also, try to clean the bathroom at least once a week and the kitchen. The front door will get very dirty from the guys leaning on it, so try and windex it a couple times a week.
- Mail runs between 11am-1pm, so be sure to check the mail box before closing each night so checks are not laying in the mailbox all night.
- Upon closing at night, check both containers outside to make sure they are locked. The shop doors will need to be closed and the openers switched off. All lights in the office will need to be turned off and the alarm set. Also when leaving, the gates must be closed and locked.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
