Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Utilize multiline phone systems and computer software
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain accurate records
-Establish and maintain excellent communications with clients, facilities, our staff and management
- Effectivley monitor status of order completion and tech location to promote efficient response times to client’s needs.
-Receive, review and promptly dispatch requisitions/orders.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Multiline phone and dispatching
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
