Vito Services is looking for an organized, efficient Dispatcher/CSR with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. The Dispatcher should be professional and courteous, a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue
- Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system
- Get to know your technician's, likes and dislikes, closing rations, licenses, communication skills, and more to help them be successful
- Dispatch technicians to service and maintenance calls
- Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call
- Answer customer questions while navigating through multiple systems
- Impact the company's bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into a repeat customer
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to constantly learn and grow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Task-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- HVAC/Plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required
