Clifford Aggregate LLC is expanding for the 3rd year in a row. Clifford operates (6) sand and gravel pits across northern Indiana with over (30) trucks that include Tri, Quad, Tand, and semi's to deliver one of our (25) state certified products. This is a key position in the company and must be able to multi-task and be a team leader.
Duties: Provide exceptional internal / external customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer incoming customer calls and dispatch drivers to locations promptly and efficiently - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.
Requirements: Prefer experience with aggregate product (sand / gravel), but will consider dispatching experience in other industry - This position will require experience in dispatching drivers in a fast pace environment with quick turn-around solutions - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to upsell products and services effectively - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Previous experience in Dispatching, sales or customer service is preferred - Multilingual skills are a plus This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service. Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
