Room Attendant

Shifts start at 9am to about 3/4 pm weekdays; 10 am to 4/5 pm weekends; Weekends and Holidays are required; 15-20 rooms per day; common area cleaning/ laundry when needed.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and common areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas are properly stocked with supplies and linens
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
- Experience in floor care, housekeeping management, or custodial work is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
