We are adding a Dispatcher with construction industry experience to our team! As our Dispatcher, you will act as a communication point to receive and dispatch requests ensuring that worksites run smoothly by coordinating with the Job Superintendents. The Brandt Excavation Dispatcher will be responsible for assisting with coordination, labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and rentals for construction projects.
- $22 - $27 an hour (Pay is determined by qualifications and experience)

- Works closely with Management to develop processes and procedures regarding dispatching drivers, trucks, equipment, and delivery of products on time.
- Manage Lowboy drivers who transmit cargo/product to and from designated locations.
- Provide precise directions, routes, and pin drops to maximize the productivity of the driver’s time.
- Order and/or create necessary permits to ensure timely delivery of product/equipment.
- Review daily job duties, procedures, and expectations with drivers.
- Take part in the interview process for new driver candidates.
- Take part in mentoring new drivers.
- Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop.
- Travel to the job site may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift heavy parts.
- Ability to work after-hours if required.
- Good communication skills.
- Works safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others
- Work involves exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, heat, and loud noises.
