Responsibilities:

As a Dishwasher & Prep Cook at Little Mama's Italian Kitchen, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dishwashing: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by efficiently washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Prep Work: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring all items are properly cleaned, peeled, chopped, and ready for cooking.
• Kitchen Support: Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.
• Adherence to Hygiene Standards: Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Team Player: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily operational needs and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen setting is a plus, but we are also open to training individuals with a strong work ethic and passion for the culinary arts.
• Team Spirit: Ability to work well in a team, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all dishes and ingredients meet the highest quality standards.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing kitchen demands.
