EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're searching for a dynamic Director, Strategic Accounts to join our extraordinary team.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a game-changing organization.

Who We're Looking For:

We seek a vibrant, charismatic, and highly knowledgeable sales executive, an industry expert in the PBM sector.  You thrive on cultivating new, profitable connections across various industries and revel in the excitement of closing deals.  If you have a robust network of clients and a track record of building solid and trusted relationships, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through industry insights and connections.
  • Consistently exceed aggressive monthly sales goals.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with national and regional benefit consulting firms, direct businesses, labor groups, health plans, and TPAs.

What You Bring:

  • 5 plus years of experience in business development, consulting, or sales.
  • Deep demonstrable knowledge of the PBM space
  • A history of consistently achieving and surpassing quotas.
  • Proficiency in both high-velocity and enterprise-level sales.
  • Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
  • Professional business acumen, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Travel of up to 30%

Preferred :

  • Experience using Salesforce preferred.

Compensation Structure

The compensation structure for this position at our company is governed by various state Fair Pay Acts. Salaries will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.
