.Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of assembly workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and collaboration.
- Manage and monitor assembly processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reductions. Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly area.
- Enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed specifications. Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the assembly process.
- Conduct training sessions for assembly team members, ensuring that all staff are well-versed in assembly procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet production goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, production rates, and quality control metrics. Generate reports as needed.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
