Production SupervisorNight Shift - Cutting
$70,000-$80,000
Truliteis GROWING!We are looking forNightShift Production Supervisor for our Cutting Department(6 PM- 6 AM)to be based at ourLithia Springs, GAlocation.
The Production Supervisor would monitor and coordinate plant floor activities throughout the shift, keeping on schedule and minimizing back orders. The nightshift production crew usually works 10-12 hours. Supervise assigned employees as well as properly train all new hire employees that join the Trulite Team. Ensure that all product that is produced meets the company standards and address any issues that may come up throughout production.

Skills You Bring:
- High School Diploma and two (2) year degree preferred
- At least five (5) years' experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Prior Custom Fabrication or Custom Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
