JOB SUMMARY:
The Director PMO, will lead the Program Management Office (PMO) across the Olympic Medical Center organization (both Hospital and Clinic) and bring critical process improvement to operations, budget management, executive oversight, quality improvements, care delivery metrics, margin maximization and analytics. This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) function. This role will collaborate closely with individual project teams within the Hospital and Clinic areas to ensure the successful execution of projects/initiatives, maintain alignment with strategic objectives, and enhance project management practices. This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong leader, a personable yet driven influencer and collaborator, a strong analytical thinker, and an effective communicator who can drive project excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business management) required; a master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management required, with 3 years in a leadership or PMO role within the healthcare sector strongly preferred, preferably in a hospital setting.
Licensure/Credentials
- Lean Six Sigma certification required within six months of hire.
