Director, Offering Management - Process Automation & AI

About the Role:
The Offering Director will provide a strategy and clear vision for GTM Offerings via identifying key solution asset requirements and IP. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise across Process Automation & AI solutions to help drive customer success. The Consulting team provides direction and development guidance to the Process Automation & AI engineering competencies by helping to define/refine best practice workshop content and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Drive new revenue & growth for key accounts and new logos
- Leverage own routes to markets and business development experience to create new leads and qualified opportunities
- Work with Sales & Tech Sales to support qualified opportunities
- Perform necessary sales support activities from opportunity generation to closing deals including customer briefings, work with engineering teams for demo creation and build out, proposal creation and presentation to the customer, and deal negotiation and closing, SOW creation
- Work with sales & tech sales to support qualified opportunities they generate
- RFP support for scoping, estimation, and costing
- Support sales, CSMs, engineering via deal hub process
- Support tech sales creating new sales collateral
- Supporting marketing content as required
Workshop delivery
- Leverage Segment Architects to delivery workshops
- Occasionally participate in workshop delivery - particularly pre-sales or strategy workshops
- Create workshop specific collateral and identify opportunities to create IP, tools, accelerators to improve GTM and revenue acceleration
- Performs architecture & design reviews for the projects in progress at key junctures as required - design review, performance & capacity, production, post prod assessment
People & skill development
- Direction and guidance to engineering - key skills, recommended delivery roadmaps
- Skill plan and enablement for consulting team
- Identification of key partners, particularly in emerging solution areas in Process Engineering and Automation such as ECM (Enterprise Content Management), Workflow, RPA, Conversational AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to create own routes to market and generate leads and opportunities independently
- Minimum 5 years working in technical sales support to construct and deliver hands-on technical demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoC), proof of technology (PoT), MVP, and pilots working with products and services to provide holistic customer solutions
- Previous experience leading a technical team
- Successful record of exceeding expectations on financial KPI, targets on revenue
- Consultative and tech sales experience in Process Automation and AI space solutions including ECM (Enterprise Content Management), Workflow, RPA, Conversational AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
- Ability to support sales cycle in terms of opportunity identification, qualification, proposal costing/estimating
- Ability to present effectively to both technical and business audiences in the context of customer sales
- Ability to operate in a complex selling and delivery environment leveraging multiple teams
- Ability to support complex solutions in the Process Automation and AI space
