SalaryWe are a Dentist owned small group of practices looking to add a Dental offices Director to our tight-knit team. This position works with ownership directly and daily.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage financial resources, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Evaluate and improve operational processes and systems
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Position envolves daily travel to different Dental Offices. Majority are in the greater Houston area. One office is in the greater Austin Area.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, and Dental Intel software or similar dental practice management software
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis
- Knowledge of practice management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of records management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
