Job Summary
Under general supervision uses advanced knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or training to provide general support to Corporate Access professionals and/or teams. Follows established procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform other work with substantial variety and complexity requiring moderate decision-making responsibility. Some originality and ingenuity are required to locate, select and apply appropriate procedures, processes and techniques to assignments that are broad in nature. Regular contact with internal and external customers is required to identify, research and resolve problems. Maintain high level of organization in a fast-paced environment to plan and execute assigned marketing events, coordinate team meetings/travel, and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides general support to assigned Corporate Access professionals and/or teams.
• Plan and execute logistics for assigned marketing events; primary contact for internal and external clients.
• Provide on-site support as needed.
• Provide venue and supplier selections as directed.
• Schedule and coordinate home office meetings, events, interviews, appointments and other similar activities that may include coordinating catering, travel and/or lodging arrangements.
• Prepare or assist in preparing statistical and narrative reports by performing information gathering and analysis, as specifically directed.
• Processes payment requests and maintains detailed working spreadsheets of expenses as needed.
• Upload and reconcile participant lists on iPlanner.
• Provide support and back-up to other team members.
• Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications.
• Performs other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:

Knowledge of
• Advanced concepts principles and practices of providing administrative support.
• Intermediate level concepts of financial services and Equity Capital Markets.
• Basic accounting principles.
• ECM travel policies and expense regulations.
• Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other applications necessary to perform job functions.
Skill in
• Organizational policies and practices.
• Investment concepts, practices and procedures used in security operations.
• Terminology of financial markets and product
• Analyzing problems and establishing solutions in a fast paced environment.
• Gathering and compiling data and information for reporting purposes.
• Responding professionally to inquiries, researching, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Using standard office equipment and required software applications for electronic communication, spreadsheets and databases.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Minimum 1 (one) to 5 (five) years' experience in a sales and marketing environment or financial services industry.
