Responsibilities:
Leadership and Culture Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire our community management teams, nurturing a culture of professionalism, positivity, and high-quality senior care. Conduct regular performance evaluations to encourage personal and professional growth.
Strategic Financial Management: Spearhead revenue growth and profitability by effectively collaborating on budget management, implementing cost control measures, and devising innovative financial strategies. Champion the execution of cost-saving initiatives to exceed financial objectives.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, while staying updated on legislative changes. Lead efforts to educate staff on compliance standards and quality care protocols.
Operational Excellence: Oversee community operations to meet or exceed key performance indicators in resident care, occupancy rates, and financial health. Provide strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
Staff Development and Retention: Analyze and address staffing challenges by supporting recruitment, training, and retention efforts to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
Professional Demeanor: Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels with professionalism and tact, including employees, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial capacity overseeing personnel, financial management, sales, marketing, and business operations. Previous experience in the Senior Living industry, particularly in a multi-community environment, is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency: Competency in basic to advanced computer software and systems.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across assigned communities.
Flexibility: Availability to work beyond standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
