Role & Responsibilities:
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to spearhead the development and execution of our firm's recruitment strategy within the construction consulting industry. Reporting directly to the President, this pivotal role will oversee all aspects of recruiting, ensuring the timely and efficient filling of open positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic Talent Acquisition, a deep understanding of the construction and A&E industries, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Develop and lead the firm's recruitment strategy and processes, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and communicate key recruiting metrics to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate talent pipelines through proactive relationship-building and networking, maintaining strong connections with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- Implement innovative sourcing and selection techniques to identify passive and active candidates with niche skill sets in construction consulting.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to both external clients and internal stakeholders, offering expert guidance on Talent Acquisition best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the recruiting team, fostering their professional growth and development, including direct management of both local and offshore recruiters.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continually enhancing the firm's recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Assess external labor market conditions and identify the most effective recruitment channels and methods to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employer brand and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Implement innovative sourcing methods and leverage analytics to optimize recruitment efforts and drive results.
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment software solutions that align with the company's needs and objectives.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies within the construction or related industry.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future talent needs and proactively address challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficient in using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, as both a user and administrator. HRIS experience preferred.
- Prior experience building out recruitment processes and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making and measure outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

New York City Equal Pay Disclaimer Infinite Consulting Corp carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s experience, education, and training. The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000.
