We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our High-Volume Recruiting team. A successful candidate will have a track record of leading a Talent strategy and have a strong business acumen to understand the overall business & operations. This role is expected to be active in reshaping and rebuilding talent standards and metrics to which will be executed throughout the company.
You will be instrumental in driving the Talent Strategy in a profitable, global organization that puts people first. In this role you will:
- Lead a high performing global talent team
- Execute on recruiting initiatives, compile competitive and market intelligence, and deliver positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Ensure all recruiting efforts are following labor and government requirements
- Coach, mentor, and engage recruiting teams through individual development plans, skill development, and timely performance feedback
- Actively support the recruiting team in recruiting efforts as needed to meet requirements and timelines
- Evaluate team workload and ensure adequate resource allocation while partnering with other Talent
- Acquisition teams on business-related and high-volume assignments
- Deliver results as measured by metrics, including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality
- and diversity, process adherence, retention targets, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction
- Serve as a consultant to business leaders on workforce planning initiatives and allocate Talent Acquisition resources to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, Human Resources, Operations, Training,
- and Marketing teams
- Prepare and present open positions data and analysis including but not limited to headcount to required, overall recruiting pool and statistics, and recruiting strategies
- Support your team in review of key metrics and best practices when sourcing a diverse slate of candidates
- Work with CSR/Impact Sourcing Manager and HR to ensure partnering with local military installations and community leaders/ organizations
Who You Are:
- A creative, results oriented, collaborative leader with vision
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership in high volume recruiting for BPO or call center company is required
- Ability to maintain healthy partnerships with Operations and Sales
- Ability to build an engaged team and culture in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive understanding of the organizations business operations and industry; mindful of emerging trends and industry practices
- Ability to analyze fairly complex data and develop sound recommendations, solutions and identify trends
- Comfortable with technology and systems
- Accountable for the pre-employment process for new hires to include a candidate sourcing and tracking
- system that secures access to a strong pipeline of top talent
- Develop robust metrics to measure the effectiveness and experiences of the various talent practices with an
- emphasis on candidate experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or successful TA experience required
