Director, Human Resources Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established provider of Home Healthcare Services and they have a current need for a Director of Human Resourcesbased in Dallas, TX. HR leadership experience is required. Must be well versed in state employment law, benefits administration, compliance, new employee on-boarding & training, employee reviews, payroll, FMLA, and recruiting. A Multi-site Home Health / Private Duty / Personal Care background is preferred but not required. Other healthcare backgrounds will be considered. Relocation Candidates are welcome to apply!
Director, Human Resources Job Requirements

• Healthcare HR leadership experience. Home Health / Home Care preferred.
• Multi-site experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• SHRM a plus.

Director, Human Resources Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all HR functions and oversite of HR team members.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal HR & Labor laws.
• Assess department and improve processes, policies, and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with branch managers to improve staffing.
