Job Summary
As the Director of Supply Chain, you will inspire, coordinate, and lead Millennium's Supply Chain organization to deliver high quality parts on time, with considerations for continuous improvement, driving reduction in cost, with focus on quality. The director is the advocate for the team to ensure they have the required resources to exceed customer expectations. You will directly manage procurement, material planning, demand planning, master scheduling, approved supplier list and global Supply Chain functions including government property and supply risk. You will develop and sustain a vision for continued growth and improved efficiency for the team.
This position's internal job code is Supply Base Management Spec. Our team is currently hiring for level L.
Responsibilities

• Communication with Direct Management Teams:
• Outline a high level vision for the Supply Chain organization, providing rationale and background for higher level decisions
• Current and long-term staffing: Forecast work and create tentative plans for possible work allocation
• Including supporting recruiting for all necessary functions
• Cross-team training and development
• Process Improvement: look for cross-team relationships and help set priorities to reduce cost and labor hours
• Mentoring and Performance Reviews of leads and any other direct reports:
  • Providing regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports
  • Providing formal feedback and raise requests per company guidelines
• Business process and system development and implementation
• Develop metrics and reporting to provide insight into the status of manufacturing

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in Supply Chain
• Minimum 4 years experience as a leader
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to scale Supply Chain rate capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace industry experience

Summary Pay-Range

• Level L: $144,500 - $212,500
