Director Of Security

Job Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Director of Security to lead and manage all aspects of our security operations. The Director of Security will ensure the safety and security of our organization, employees, and assets. This critical leadership role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular risk assessments & develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
• Manage and supervise security staff, including training, and performance evaluation.s
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and first responders as needed.
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to identify and address any security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft or damage to company property.
• Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar security leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of conflict management, surveillance techniques, loss prevention strategies, and CCTV systems.
• Water leak respond experience and fire watch experience in condominiums.
• Active Class D Security License
• Must speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Must be able to work weekends.
