That’s why, as we lay the foundation for continued long-term growth and rapidly accelerate the development of new restaurants, we are looking to add strong and dynamic team members to our US Restaurant Development team.

We are currently looking for a Director of Real Estate.

In this role, you will lead new restaurant Real Estate activities for a specific geography within the US market. The Real Estate Director will be accountable for achieving respective goals. You will serve as an overseer of key development processes, policies, and procedures. The Director will play a significant role in the key strategic activities within the larger Real Estate COE / New Restaurant teams.

A key portion of this opportunity will be developing and executing a people plan for the team to ensure the utilization of top talent. In addition, to ensure all staff within the respective Real Estate Team has the skills and capability to perform their roles effectively.

• Corporate Real Estate experience
• Direct management of Real Estate teams that engage in ground up site acquisitions and development
• Real estate site selection and new restaurant development
• Leading a team of Development professionals
• Bachelors in Business, Finance or Real Estate preferred
• Expert knowledge of development financial concepts, practices and theories
• Expert knowledge of legal Real Estate legal concepts relevant to new site acquisition
• Expert to advanced knowledge of Real Estate analytics
• Strong level of credibility to effectively influence decisions to meet department goals
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to travel
