Director Of Product Management

Zentera Systems, a pioneer in enterprise cybersecurity, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Management to drive our ongoing product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product requirements and specifications for feature implementation, considering customer needs and market trends
• Evaluate design trade-offs and propose solutions that optimize functionality, usability, and performance
• Create wireframes and mockups to guide UI/UX development, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience
• Collaborate with systems and field engineers to gather insights on customer environments and deployments, informing product decisions
• Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with company goals and efficiently allocate engineering resources
• Communicate product specifications and roadmap updates to customers, fostering transparency and trust
• Partner with field engineers to create compelling demonstrations and digital content showcasing our product's unique value proposition

Essential Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on enterprise products and solutions
• In-depth knowledge of standard enterprise network IT/security practices, procedures, and architectures
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies
• Proven track record in UI/UX design, with the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
• Solid working knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
