- Building trust and investment in the organization among these participants, cultivating them into supporters and spokesmen.
- Managing logistics surrounding participation, both for live events and remote production shoots, from travel/hotel to production coordination (you will be supported by a professional logistics team to handle the heavy lifting at major events).

You’ll encounter all personalities, from the everyday hero to senior military leadership to celebrity publicists. You’ll need to be able to manage varying personalities.

- Deadline-driven, and highly self-motivated. Willingness to go a bit above and beyond in advance of major events/shows, most notably in advance of Memorial Day and Veterans Day.

- Positive attitude and sense of humor, with the ability to have fun while telling incredible stories.
- Proficiency and appreciation of digital content and social media, and the ability to spot stories that are likely to perform well with an audience.
