Job Summary

Conduct outreach efforts designed to promote specific programs offered through the Office of Scholarship and Financial Aid. Represent the Office and Institute before various constituencies. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: prospective and enrolled students, parents, staff, and external entities. This position typically will advise and counsel: prospective and enrolled students, parents and staff. This position will supervise: NA.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Serve as liaison to and is responsible for special programs and groups including those not offered on main campus.
Job Duty 2 -
Conduct specialized reviews of costs and eligibility on individualized basis.
Job Duty 3 -
Represent the office and Institute at functions both on and off campus making speeches and giving presentations.
Job Duty 4 -
Meet with office visitors and students regarding information on programs.
Job Duty 5 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Four to six years of job related experience

This position must be available to work standard GT business hours M-F, 8-4:30. The first 2 months of employment are fully in-person/on-site. Following this, some telecommuting will be available in accordance with OSFA¿s guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

SKILLS
This job requires working knowledge of promotional program development and implementation. Skills in communications, public speaking, presentation and customer service are required. Also required is use of office related and specialized computer systems.
