Pathway Health is looking for an experienced registered nurse(RN) that is interested in being an Interim Director of Nursing (DON). The Interim DON position is a flexible, project-based role that performs a wide range of professional consulting to our post-acute and aging services clients.
Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may qualify for Pathway’s robust benefit package, as well as incentives!
****We are currently seeking RN candidates that have DON/Nurse Manager experience in LTC/SNF.****

SALARY RANGE: $45-$50/hr. DOQ
Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Duties:
- Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested
- Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary
- Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines
- Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
- Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations
Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
- Must have a current RN license in state
- Must have three years of Management skills in long-term care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation
- Must be flexible for travel within the state
