Form of workHealth Advocates Network is currently seeking a RN Interim Director of Nursing-Long Term Care to work at a facility inMinneapolis, MN. These are registry positions with our company.
Days/Nights: Day, 36, Contract 13 weeks
Pay Range: $80.00 – $84.13 HR
The location of this job is in Bemidji, MN
Local and Travel positions available: Travel must be 50 miles from the facility – tax free travel stipend.
Common responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
- Developing short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
- Establishing new policies and updating existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients.
- Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
- Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses.
- Responding to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with medical staff and other departments to ensure hospital efficiency.
- Overseeing all record-keeping processes and ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Hiring and training new nursing staff members.
- Evaluating staff performance and preparing accurate reports detailing your findings.
Requirements:
- The requirements are: At least one year (12 months) of RN Director of Nursing
- A valid and current nurse license issued within the US
- Valid and current CPR
